They lie. you order food for pickup. It's never ready like they say on the phone. you arrive and wait for your food for 5-10 minutes. I order food by phone. not to wait for them. It happened many times that I did not receive the ordered items. I ordered once. kebab mix. I received a doner. Several times there was no sauce or salad. the service is not nice. I do not recommend .

I went yesterday first time and it was amazing .We were vegetarian and wanted a veg wrap but it wasnt in the menu and they customised it for us.Really lovely tasteThank you for this

Ordered various items for the family from their kebab section. Didn’t like the doner at all. Or the chicken tikka. Almost inedible. The chicken tikka was like bland grilled chicken, the chicken doner had red food colouring and looked like tikka. The mix doner was not very appetising either. Unfortunately, was the only halal option open on Xmas eve near our hotel so had no choice. Pizza might have been a safer option.

My takeaway/home delivery chicken thigh Donner meat was very tasty and hot. My salad was plentyful and fresh. This is the third time I've had this meal from Llandudno Grill. I highly recommend the chicken thigh Donner meat. I highly recommend Llandudno Grill.

This is the second worst food place I have ever been to. Can’t even get the fries right, they were dry and uneatable. The burgers were more bland, all I can say is the soft drinks were ok as I needed them to give some taste to this horrible food. Stick to KFC or McDonalds. I can’t believe the other positive reviews, very strange?
