I've stopped here on multiple occasions whenever I'm in Llandudno (couple of times each year) and this store is always a good stop to make!Drinks are piping hot, orders fulfilled correctly and in reasonable time, service is friendly.Yes there is sometimes a queue and u choose to join it so certainly can't grumble, it just means its very popular!Great experience!

Maybe the worst Starbucks I've ever been in? I've been in here more than I would like because it is convenient for my work. Service is always painfully slow, even when it's not particularly busy. Popped in this morning, and all three members of staff failed to as much as glance up at me. When someone did come over to serve me, just as they were about to take my order, they whipped their phone out and started tapping away. I'm going to be generous and assume it was an urgent work related matter, but I didn't get a "Sorry", an "Excuse me" or a "Give me a second", just back to the default position of being ignored. Watched her tap on her phone for 30 seconds or so before walking out, never to return. Abysmal.

If I could rate zero I would. Got completely ignored by a male staff member who was more interested chatting to colleagues than serving me. Stud there with my 2 year old daughter and was made feel like I was putting them out by ordering 2 coffees. Was visiting the area for Christmas panto and was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Gave feedback while I was there and didn't seem to care

Had excellant service from bryn advised us on cookies and cream drink as didnt have what we wanted origionally exceptional young man who certainly knows his stuff well done starbuck this is one of the best visit ti starbucks weve had and we go to a few x

First visit usually visit Costa , I personally prefer the flat white from Costa the one from Starbucks was more milky but obviously this is just my preference there was nothing wrong with the coffee.The service was very slow but they were extremely busy so that would probably account for it.The staff were friendly and I like the idea asking your name so they can call you when your order is ready.
