After being a loyal customer for years at the Empire and then the Osborne, we have been refused a booking for 12 people as we might be noisy and disturb the other diners! We originally tried to book the Osborne for 12 people 5 wks in advance but were told we could not book the table more than two weeks before the date! Love this restaurant great meal the steak is fab. The staff are lovely as they always are in The Empire Hotel you need to book so as not to be disappointed. Fab price if you don't mind the set menu or a la cart if you can afford to push the boat out.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, great classical decoration but with tasteful modern features and a nice view of the pool. The food itself was decent, not the best food I have tasted but was good. Usually I like a smaller menu but I think this menu was a bit too small. But the 3 course detail was well worth it.
