After 3 days of disappointment, we walked in with low expectations and were surprised. Very delicious food and good variety of wines are offered. We enjoyed the evening and the company. One example of British food embassedor. (It doesn't occur very often)Many thanks.

Went for Thursday steak night, enjoyed a lovely meal, great service and food hot and enjoyable. The restaurant is at the rear of the property so no sea view but beautiful room and spacious. Maybe a little hot could do with air con but it was very hot outside on our visit. Staff friendly and cheerful. Will go again.

We went for an evening meal. Beautifully decorated place. We were made very welcome and the service was very good. I had lamb shank and my husband had steak. Good quality food with freshly cooked vegetables. Tasty food . I would recommend it.

We did not stay here but had a lovely meal. the food was of high standard lovely fish and chips and a very tasty steak cooked to my hubbys liking the staff so attentive and welcoming nothing to much trouble.very clean. We will defiantly be going back to stay.

Our waiter Nick was wonderful going out of his way to make sure we were happy! The food was delicious and atmosphere wonderful . We didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. Also , all the staff was great. Beautiful, clean and yummy food.

We have eaten here several times now and the food has always been fabulous. Friday night was no exception. We booked specifically for the Fish Friday offer, which is any 2 meals and a bottle of House wine for £29.95. But we did upgrade the wine to Pinot Grigio for an extra £6. We were pleasantly surprised to see several choices, not just Cod. There was Seabass, Scampi, Fish Pie, Cod & Prawn Fishcakes and Salmon Fillet. The dining room has recently under gone a refurb and looks lovely, very contemporary. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening, great food and friendly service ... we will definitely be back. Great service, wonderful food, perfect Victorian ambiance.We tried sirloin steaks and the Hunter's Chicken, both of outstanding quality.If anything, the cognac as digestif could be a bit more generous.
We ate here a few times meals are delicious and cooked to perfection the chips are especially tasty! I had hunters chicken and the chicken just melted in my mouth. There is a good choice of starters and mains although I think maybe there could be a lighter option available like sald or a wrap and possibly a burger,as sometimes you don't necessarily want a large meal. The surrounding are decorated to a high standard and everywhere is exceptionally clean. The staff are lovely and helpful plus very polite. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I/we will be returning next time we visit Llandudno.

Booked a table for a birthday meal as a non resident. Had hoped to be in the restaurant but were seated in the bar. The hotel is dog friendly which is nice and we own a dog ourselves but there were 2 residents dining in the same area which when they had finished their meals felt it was acceptable to let their dogs have more freedom on their leads so were coming right up to us when we were eating. The food we had was nice. I had the Mediterranean risotto with added chicken and my husband had the steak and stout pie. This was a piece of pie, though instead of an individual pie which is what you would normally get in most.pubs and restaurants. We ordered a bottle of malbec but it wasn't until we had drunk a glass and checked and found we had been given merlot. It was a nice bottle, but had to rectify the bill when it came which was done without issue.
