Indian takeaway located in Llanfairfechan. They have a variety of options in terms of the curries. The curries tasted good and the portion sizes were also adequate. The starters are a let down. We had food from here for two days and both days, the starters we ordered were not up to the mark. Nevertheless with limited options in the locality, this one is kind of a life saver.

I think the negative reviews must've caught these guys on bad days.One of the best meals we've had in a while, mixed starter, biryani, sagwala, Bombay aloo and naan, all really tasty and huge portions, easily enough for 4 meals!!Biryani was slightly hotter than we're used to but not so spicy that it's unpleasant (all chefs have their own recipe!). Lamb in the mixed starter was a little chewy but awesome flavour. Sagwala was lovely and the naan was a nice mix between crispy and soft, if we're in the area again, will 100% go again.

We've been regular customers for a few years now, but after last night's experience I would never go back. We order food at 7.40, was told it would be 50 mins. Our food eventually arrived at 9.30, only it was completely wrong. Our butter chicken had no chicken in it, our plain boiled rice was pilau rice, our saag paneer was samosas (when we're celiac and can't have gluten.) I phoned up to try and resolve the situation but the person on the phone couldn't understand a word I was saying as he didn't speak a word of english. I asked for a full refund and they could have the food back, only I had to wait another 50 mins for them to drop my money off. When the delivery driver dropped off my refund they never even apologized. Overall terrible experience

Visited for a takeaway whilst staying in the area with family. Ordered for 6 people. Took 45mins which was fine and service at the front desk was good. Food was probably a 3.5/5 for frequent and well travelled Indian cuisine eaters. However I would score our whole meal as a 2/5. The food was astonishingly hot. I can eat a lot of hot food, but my madras was at least naga strength, someone’s Garlic Chili Chicken was inedible it was so hot and my wife’s Balti was at least madras hot. Not great and left everyone not enjoying it.

Chicken korai was lovely, and very tasty. The LAMB korai was horrible! Had a weird meat smell and was very tough, could not eat it.

Ordered a take away and it was an hour late. Front desk didnt care and just laughed it off. Food wasn't worth the wait either.

Ordered a take away as we we were staying local and would not recommend this place at all. We ordered Garlic Mushrooms, Donner & Lamb Kebab, chips and 2 coke. Turned up to collect it at the requested time only t be ignored for 10 minutes whilst the chef walked around the kitchen holding a child. The food was awful, I don’t know what was in the mushrooms but it wasn’t mushrooms and it tasted greasy. The kebab was a burnt naan bread filled with dried up donner meat and chunks of white meat that smelt like wet dog! need to say we didn’t eat anything. £15 wasted on food that was inedible, food was beyond terrible and the place was so dirty it needs shutting down.

Probably one of the best Indian takeaways we've ever had! Generous portions nice and hot on delivery. Took a little longer than advised but was certainly worth the wait! Well done Cinnamon Balti ? ? ? ?

I ordered my food with a side dip but they put it on top off my food .I told them I didn't want it all over my food they took it back ,picked out all the meat with sauce on it and was picking at it eating bits with his fingers. He put fresh meat on but gave it back to me in the same packaging which had sauce inside the lid , the same chips which had sauce all over them . Had to argue with him to get my money back . I will never go there again it was like talking to a brick wall

I Ordered a meal from this takeaway (Cinnamon Balti) in Llanfairfechan, Conwy North Wales, through their website for pick up today at 4:30 pm. I have had confirmation that the order has been accepted and the payment has been taken. However, upon arriving at the takeaway to pick up my meal I have discovered the takeaway is closed! With no sigh of life inside. I have phoned the takeaway several times on the number provided, with no reply.
