Called in around 7 pm on Monday the 23rd of October 2023, purchased fish and chips, at £9.50. A bit expensive I thought but everything's shot up, WOW, was it worth it, a lovely large thick tasty piece of fish and a huge amount of well cooked chips, fantastic. There was so much chips I had to leave a lot, I took them home and they were ample for another meal when reheated.Thank you, I'll certainly be back.

Been meaning to leave a review after a visit in June , after going the chip shop on the main street seeing the state of the place & the cook ?? Wearing a dirty apron, decided to try here & was I glad only had a cod & two buttered rolls but absolutely perfect fish love it ! , Staff friendly & clean shop will definitely go again when in the area

Stopped there last night for fish and chips, new owners in now, chips hard, fish over cooked, 5 lots of fish and chips costing £44 practically went in the bin, next time I will drive straight pass, wouldn't recommend

We went for takeout fish & chips. The plaice was a poor choice. Hardly any fish but a lot of greasy batter. The fish cakes were horrible. The chip so-so. Service is friendly but we won't be coming back.

The best chippy in Llangollen. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fish freshly cooked as you order, fantastic chips , mushy peas and a curry sauce a must.

Me and my boys came here after a day in Llangollen getting Large chips to share first thing i noticed was the dirt underneath the woman’s nails! She also looked unbelievably rough. The chips from there are lovely i got put off after finding a piece of red hair in them though really should be wearing hair cap!

Chips are lovely! And my friend enjoyed her steak pie. However they no longer do gluten free since December so please keep that in mind if you see other reviews about gluten free :)
