Lovely quite spot to enjoy a cuppa and delicious homemade scones also reasonable prices compared to the centre of town plus you get to enjoy the old platform and might even see a steam train leave.

We only had half-an-hour between trains but we were quickly served in this traditional GWR style cafe. It has outside seating as well and the ham and cheese rolls were a walk back in time to my childhood at Ilfracombe station cafe. Friendly staff, good prices and refreshing tea with all the trimmings. No food allowed in the First Class areas.

cheap lunch while waiting for the train. so whilst basic. its good food, a friendly place and relatively cheap. The place is a great place to soak in the atmosphere of this heritage railway.

We called for tea for two whilst waiting for the train. When I was passed two cups with teabags in, I stood and waited. "Spoons over there", I was told. No milk, no hot water, no saucers, and £3:50. Not good

I am disabled person and had great time here, table service in the station buffet and staff and volunteers just new the right kind of personal boundaries when in conversation. I must say the stations staff and volunteers were all brilliant five stars and more, would fully recommend. Kindest of regards Mark-Edwyn.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The place is a great place to soak in the atmosphere of this heritage railway. They have tables and chairs out on the platform.

Alongside the track and station is located a converted carriage which is now a small cafe. Fun to eat here and watch life chug by. Friendly staff. Toilet facilities are located in the station.
