If you're in Llanberis, and wondering where can I find a warm, cosy pub with a roaring fire, brilliant service and superb food (genuinely great - large menu, normally a bad sign, not here) then the answer is LEAVE LLANBERIS and drive or taxi to the brilliant Y Glytwrog in Llanrig.Takes five minutes and is 200% better than anything in Llanberis (or Bethesda/ Capel Curig/ Betws-y-Coed

I had burger & chips on a Friday night. It was greasy and very basic. Beer was good though...

Plenty of parking spaces. Went on a weekday around 2pm. Less people at that time. Service is good. Portion size is good. But Food is below average nothing special.
Friday night specials on food £13 for pie and a drink. Was quite busy, however Saturday was dead.

Was disappointed to go back with my grandchildren today,as I was a regular around yrs ago taking my nain/taid was always a homely welcome and the food was basically un matched in the area,so never a problem paying a lil extra, but today was unwelcoming food over priced basically never again..

We visited here for an evening meal and the food was excellent and plentiful. The service was very good and we were served promptly. Our reserved table was in a nice quieter spot. Decor was a bit old fashioned but didn't distract from a nice meal Plenty of choice and a specials board Would definitely visit again

New Years Eve meal. All food good. My nachos were slightly too crispy on top. Fish and chips delicious. Chips definitely home made. Prosecco was good quality and overall a lovely experience.
