I ordered coffee and a tea cake. There were people that came in after me and was served their food first. So had to ask for mine. Then it came cold and no colour that should come with it being toasted. Asked if I could have it toasted a bit more please. Then I was told with attitude that it could be burnt. It wasn’t! Very poor.

I have visited this cafe every week for years and now with the new makeover and going cashless I feel is ageist and discriminates against people that have special needs and only deal with cash. I feel this will lose customers in my opinion.Parking: Can be chaos with cars backing up to get out of the car park on certain days.

New system is horrible! So many old people confused , it genuinely took us 25 mins to work the computer out for a family of 5 , no staff there it’s all robotic , bring back people and cash!!!!!!!

Had a cheese and ham toastie paid extra £1.50 for salad and all I got was 2tiny tomatoes and pieces of thin cucumber shocking .

Every single time we go to this coffee shop the staff go to great pains to shout ‘30 minute wait on food’. Wouldn’t mind but you get told by at least 3 different people on repeat. Even when there is hardly nobody in there! Advice: stick a sign up and stop going on and on about it! It makes you feel very unwelcome and the staff come across as very reluctant to do their job.
