Portion was awful, chips were not cooked properly, they were cold, and expensive. Not the same wont be eating from here again

Nice cakes but the tiniest portion of chips I've ever come across. Their large is barely enough for 1 person, smaller than most chippy's small.

Tried their 16" four cheese pizza today. Delicious! Family agreed it was one of the best we had eaten. Will definately be visiting Angelo's again.

Just got home with my lunch to find that the chips are quite obviously last nights reheated.Dried out, chewy and inedible (I ate 3 chips before i gave up and threw them in the bin).This chip shop has always been a bit hit and miss.The owners are always very nice but some of the former staff have been rude to me and others previously.I understand why costs are rising but when i am paying £3 (or any amount of money for that matter) for a small portion of chips I expect them to be fresh.I'm sad to say i won't be returning.
Food is nice and well priced. However the opening hours during the afternoon are about as trustworthy as a politicians promise.

Normally great when we order but tonight it's not! We ordered at 6.25 and it stated that delivery would be 25 mins. Once the order was confirmed it said it was due between 7.05 and 7.25. I called at 7.43 and said it hadn't turned up. The response I got was "yeah it's just leaving now". I pointed out that it was already late and it had been over an hour since we ordered with no updates. The response I got was "yeah, it's leaving now". Not even a hint of an apology! Food finally turned up at 7.53 and somewhat redeemed because the shop had told the driver to apologise!

Closed at 15:50 even though it says it should be open and says "it's open" at front door.Will review again regarding food once I get the chance and if its open :)
