We don’t usually eat at McDonald’s as vegetarians, the kids wanted chips so we got plant burger meals. Food was adequate (although we swear the portions get smaller every time). The young girl on the till was so grumpy and miserable that I didn’t want to point out that she’d got all the three drink orders wrong! They were bottles of juice so not the end of the world. We sat on the outside seats..much more appealing that being sat inside. I just wish Leon did some more veggie options for kids

It's all right, nothing special. Quick chips and and drops and I was out. I didn't have any negative experience. Just like any other McDonald's.
The food was good and the lady that brought it out to our car was lovely and asked us to check everything was there in our order. When we opened our meals they had actually messed up the lot, so not a good experience.
Busy but got My Jaffa McFlurry in 2 minutes...Nice Staff.

This is a busy motorway services which on occasion can be difficult to even park, especially if there are something to see in Cardiff.
The food was great, it was prepared quickly and hot. Staff were pleasant even though it was VERY busy.
