Even though I stipulated no ketchup on my breakfast sub and even implored the guy not to add it as he picked the bottle up iand then continued to add it, he came across as if it was my fault when I said I could not eat it. He even asked if he could pick bits out to put in a new one, after he had already discarded it. Shameful service, I walked out without my order, rather than argue over what he could save and what he could not.I will not be visiting again.

Nice clean subway. Friendly staff (Katie is great) and good location with plenty of parking. The mens toilet is a little bit tight for space, but it's better than no toilet.

Standard subway tbf, Staff were friendly enough, place was clean, after we were served the staff disappeared and weren't to be seen.Parking: Easy access, pretty close to venueWheelchair accessibility: All ground level, large doorDietary restrictions: Various diet options, the menu read like there was something for everyone

i used to come here with my friends and it was pretty average. went today and when i pulled up, a male worker was staring at me from under the sign in their window. i felt a bit uncomfortable and went to message my friend to see what they wanted ordering. when i looked back up i saw him with his phone on the counter facing me behind his arm as if he was filming me and trying to hide it. he was staring at his screen for a while and after telling my friend about this i decided I'd go elsewhere for lunch. the staff were always ok, never stood out to me. but this made me so uncomfortable i can guarantee I won't be coming back. shame that all the locals hate this place really as it had such potential.
