I was looking for a new kebab shop as Pyle Charcoal Grill has really gone bad, I left after being a customer of 10 years. I tried Yummies last night and it’s so much better, much bigger portions, the staff are much more friendly and happier. Avoid Pyle Charcoal Grill and go to Yummies instead, you will be looked after better and the kebab meat is a lot nicer and much bigger portions.

So my food was cold and wrong plus they forgot my can but my issue wasn’t the lack of common sense but the sheer attitude I received when I called to explain...please learn some respect for the people that pay your bills...after years of eating here I’m sorry to say I’ll never be back...I’m disgusted with the way I was spoken to and I shall be taking this issue further..

First class food, always hot, straight forward ordering process. Very honest staff because I placed an order and had difficulty with making a card payment and so arranged to pay cash on delivery. Later that evening I discovered that the card payment had been processed after I'd paid cash. On phoning the shop it was established that I had paid twice and within 10 minutes the cash was brought round to my home. Highly recommended.

Not happy the order was over 10 minutes late and when it arrived I ordered an x large mixed grill which looked like a small had hardly any meat and a large donner kebab which also had hardly any meat looked like a small. I'm usually happy with the food I receive but today was shocking for size wise.. Paid £20 for basically next to nothing ?
Placed an order which i totally forgot to ask for salad and sauce, but the guy who took my order didn't even ask if I wanted it . Won't order again as most of it went in the bin as it was to dry.

I have recently started work on Kenfig Industrial Estate and I've been systematically looking for places to deliver while on the evening or night shift. Yummies has a telephone number yet when you call this number to order a takeaway to be delivered to your place of work they tell you to go online and use the JUST EAT app. I am not fannying around changing my address to my workplace. This company just lost out out on 300 new staff ordering from them for delivery. Well done.
