It used to be really good but has gone down hill , twice they've forgotten things I've ordered, and the food is just thrown in a container and that much sauce you can't see anything and it's dripping out the sides ! And the chip's are double dipped so there full of grease, won't be ordering again sorry !

Rang up this evening to order a meal for four people it started with a horrendous experience actually ordering our meal from a sharp unhelpful person on the other end of the line then when the meal arrived it was late arriving cold greasy tasteless and chips which had been cooked to death in their preavious life but still arrived cold so would not recommend or even contemplate using them again absolutely rubbish in every way now on my way to the ?feeling very sick ?

First time to order awful chips cold and looked like they had been fried more than once donner kebab cold and hard could of rang to complain but why should we as we have paid for a meal and expect it to be at least fresh and hot never again

Food took just over 1 hour after being told 30 minutes..Parts of my order was missing. After phoning 25 times I finally got a answer to be told my missing order would be with me in 10minutes...After waiting 1 hour again I rang up to be told my food hadn't even left to get to me ...and apparently they had phoned me .....which is a lie as I didn't get a call from them ....Needless to say I will not be having food from here again...Very disappointed.

Decent food but put an order in and after hour and a half i rang up to enquire about it and was told it should be with me any minute now and waited and extra 30 minutes and turns out they didnt see my order. Woman on phone could of easily told me that but instead lied about the time and could of got it sorted sooner

Went for large munchy box basically contained donner and chips for £13 comes with 4 slices of really dry garlic bread not edible! 4 onion rings, and only 3 chicken nuggets!! Very poor effort! Never again!
