Where do I start marble hall use to be the best chippy in the area. The chips were over greesy, the king rib was burnt , the ‘faggot’ was mainly gravy ,no salt and vinegar on chips even tho I stated so on my order. The delivery driver was extremely rude pocketing my change with a smug grin on his face. Awful I’m so disappointed as marble hall use to have an amazing reputation within the community now they should hang their heads in shame

Staff were lovely.The food, especially the fish was a good size but sadly anemic and tasteless. Also once got home, 2 items were missing. Waited ages for it to be delivered, everybody else had finished there's by time it

Awful ...I don't know why I keep ordering tbh as it's ALWAYS late , I ordered food at 6:15pm and still waiting at 8:45pm.I've rang twice and they've told me it's going to be another 30mins and it's out with the driver . Then a suggestion, don't put time slots to choose from online if you can't honour them and get more than 1 delivery driver. I order knowing I'll always wait 1.5hrs even though I pick 30mins but tonight it ridiculous, my daughter should be in bed ,it's almost 9pm on a school night and she's not been fed , portions, effort EVERYTHING gone down hill since new owners took over

Ordered online a few times and each time expect to wait 45 mins as minimum, it tells you this prior to order even on the asap option. However, multiple times the food is a 2 hour wait, bare that in mind before ordering. Will be the last time ordering from here.
