We visited as a party of 5 for lunch, lovely warm welcome. We all ordered off the 2 course for £15 menu, food arrived promptly and everything was delicious especially the desserts!

Excellent meal at the Alumchine. Very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 dogs with us so popped in to check we could bring them in. Went for dinner on a very stormy autumn night. Food was fabulous. They had a curry on and the lamb balti was exceptional. Highly recommend this restaurantParking: Lots of parking in the car park.

Disappointed! Food was hot and plentiful. However, it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive after ordering. 3 different meals were ordered. On arrival one of the meals was the wrong. Apologies were offered,we were told that the correct one would arrive in the next ten minutes. 1/2 hour later it turned up!!! No goodwill gesture offered at point of payment. Shan't be returning.

The Alumchine in Nayland is an absolute delight! The restaurant's views of the Cleddau Estuary are breathtaking, making dining here a truly special experience. But it's not just the scenery that leaves an impression – the food is exceptional! From the first bite to the last, every dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. To top it all off, the ambiance was elevated to another level by a talented saxophone player who performed during our meal. The soothing tunes created a wonderful atmosphere that complemented the delicious food perfectly. Moreover, the staff at The Alumchine were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. If you're looking for a restaurant with stunning views, delectable food, live music, and a friendly atmosphere, The Alumchine is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough – it truly exceeded all expectations!
Food was good. Fabulous scenery. Quiet location. Service was horrendous staff have no clue what they were serving . Seriously under knowledge. The main the beef was very tender and melted in your mouth, the cheesy leeks were very watery along with the gravy being very thin and tatsteless. Everything else was standard bought in stock. Receiving the condiments I pulled a very long hair out of the mint sauce with the staff member still at the table and was apologetic but regardless I could see it hanging out of the bowl. Went to the bar to get some water but all the staff were chatting in the kp area trying to get their attention and had no luck so i had to go into the prep area to get a member of staff. We ordered dessert and we had a range of dessert, one being a lemon pannacotta tart now working in the industry we all know what panacotta is. When we mentioned it again the waitress didn't understand and went back twice and then the supervisor came over and explained that they just write what was said on the box. Shocking to see almost everything was bought in and not homemade. The supervisor came back over and apologised but said we had to still pay for the one scoop of ice cream that was ate now I found this quite pathetic considering I found hair in my food and all I got was ill get you another one. Over all it was such a shame and a let down trying this place for the first time safe to say it will be the last time. All in all a complete shambles.

We were recommended by our air b and b owners while on a break in Milford Haven the location by the water, service from the friendly staff and food were great. With a variety of choice on the menu and excellent puddings will be back if we return to the area.Vegetarian options: I had the vegetarian shepherd's pie which was great.

So good we visited twice in our one week holiday. Both experiences were different given the a couple of different seating areas. Food was stunning, nice bar selection and very pleasant staff.

Took visiting family for Sunday lunch recently. Had to wait over an hour for food. No choice of meat only had chicken available. Place was tired and conservatory needs updating. Worst sunday lunch we have experienced.
