Visiting Mold for the weekend, we decided to take a chance on this place, knowing nothing about it. It is one of the better Asian takeaways I've had. Bonus points for having their own super user friendly app and excellent customer service.My husband and I are always a nightmare for restaurants as we both have allergies. But we rung up before placing our order as the app suggested and the man we spoke to was super knowledgeable and really helped us out.Dietary restrictions: Super knowledgeable staff when it came to allergens.

Very friendly staff, great food good portions, our group had ages ranging from 18 months to 70 and everyone enjoyed it.Kid-friendliness: Highchair was available for my grandson, but only 2 kids meals available

Ordered food online, arrived on time to pick up (after a 40 min collection wait) only to be told that this had not been started and this will be another 30 minutes. Understand that mistakes can be made but no offer for a free drink while waiting or any compensation for inconvenience.

First time ordering was definitely a 5* on new years eve 2023. It was delivered quickly and tasted amazing. Unfortunately the 2nd time ordering wasn't quite the same with regards to the food. We ordered exactly the same as last time and the salt and pepper chips were like cardboard and the noodles tasted completely different to last time and I didn't enjoy the taste Unfortunately. I ordered directly from the website and was pretty impresses with the point scheme which gave us just over £4 off our bill. The pricing is usually quite dear but we didn't mind that the first time as the food was amazing. Its a shame that we didn't get the same experience this time.

Really excellent experience. Lovely menu with some different dishes setting it apart from most other Chinese restaurants. Our starters and 3 meals were delicious. Nice wine menu. Exemplary service. Cosy and comfortable surroundings and we had our table for the whole evening.

We've ordered food from here in the past but tonight is the last time. We ordered at 18:30, with an ETA of 20:00.At 20:20 we messaged the restaurant for an update. They said there was some delay, our food would be 20 minutes. At 2105 we called and the staff member blamed a computer glitch, the time of year, and how busy they are, without any acknowledgement of how long we've been waiting.The drive between the delivery address and the restaurant is less than 10 minutes. It will be 3 hours since placing the order before the food arrives.We stated that we want a refund for the meal because of the unacceptable service, and the staff member shrugged it off. Absolutely appalling service.EDIT: it's now 22:08 we called at 21:45 and they said "Your driver is on the way". We called again at 22:05 "We made a mistake, we have so many drivers! Your driver is definitely on the way now."To be absolutely clear: we placed this order at 18:30.EDIT: 22:28 a very apologetic driver delivered lukewarm, over-salted food.Fun fact: London to New York on the Concord only took 3.5 hoursLast edit: It was super salty. Uncomfortably, inedibly salty. We've ended up throwing over half of our food out. What an expensive, drawn out, angry and disappointing waste of time and money.EDIT the next day: despite saying verbally that they would refund us and telling us to follow the due process with Just Eat, they have now refused the refund. They tried to call me earlier. I can only assume that the refund has been rejected because of the bad review, and they were calling to ask me to take it down.

Lovely food and excellent service on an evening with friends who had been there before. It may not be much to look at from the outside but the food is first rate and the service is friendly and efficient. It would be hard to pick out any particular dish as every one of them was met with cries of "thisi s really good" followed by sighs of contentment but Ribs in Honey Sauce were melt in your mouth. I hope we will be in Mold again soon as we really enjoyed this meal.
