Order took over an hour. We rang up to see where it was. We were told another 10mins. 15mins later we got a call to say it was delivered to another address and our new food would arrive in 30mins. Wtf we have children. Never ordering from you again !!!

The girls and I haven’t been for a while due to unforeseen circumstances. However as I’m the one that drives and have been ill we’ve just not got there. But on Sunday with me recovered we went out and in our way back we called. Don’t be put off with the shutters down it’s just with the dark nights they prefer them to be down but they are still open. I actually got quite upset as they actually remembered the last time we had been in was my birthday and we had been missed. They knew us so well they even knew what I was going to order. Anyway we got the chefs special kebab with garlic mayo, chilli sauce & salad. Additional portion of kebab meat with salad & garlic mayo & chilli sauce. Donner meat & chips with salad & garlic mayo Chicken kebab with salad chilli sauce & mayo Large portion of chips. We couldn’t fault any of it. We always go in to buy as the home delivery doesn’t cover our area. But we honestly can’t find any fault with it. Whether that’s because everything is cooked fresh in front of you rather than sitting for a while in a delivery bag? I don’t know. I prefer to buy our food fresh and it’s worth it. Beautiful everything about it. Thanks guys. Well done and well priced.

This place is a disgrace! The people that work there are rude and they are thieves! Looking at other reviews we are not the only people they have taken money from and not delivered the food too! We ordered food for 8pm it didn’t arrive! We called around 8.45 and they hung up on us. When we drove down there the owner was rude and refused to give us our food. We asked for a refund he said he couldn’t do one. He dealt with the situation really badly. Then when we left we heard them all laughing. STAY AWAY! Horrible man!

Ordered food from 4 people over the weekend. It was that bad even the dog refused to eat it. Absolutely horrendous. Never again. food was that bad I am calling food hygiene standards before someone ends up very sick.

Love it love it love it. That’s all I can say. Every time we go (that’s what we prefer as gets cooked in front of us) we have a brilliant laugh. The portions are generous. We always get treated with a little something while waiting for our food. My friends and family have no complaints whatsoever with Elm Kebab. It’s by far the superior in Mold, top quality at a fab price. Well done guys see you Sunday but earlier this time.

Absolutely shocking treatment and a negative representation of the establishment. It's the customers fault that they did the order wrong (server was too busy talking with other staff) and gave abuse when I phoned to say half the order was missing and what was done, was done incorrectly. Only gave 1 star as I had to in order to do the review
