Due to digestive problems I'm not able to eat seeds anymore so I'm so glad I found Zaitun Grill as they use brioche buns for their burger's and both the fried chicken burgers and cheese burgers are very tasty and I honestly have had the best doner kebabs from here too!!!!

We ordered 3 kebabs with pots of sauce. We had 3 wraps and no sauce delivered. When we rang to say they had got the order wrong, we were told that the machine to make the naan breads for the kebabs was broken. We asked for the £16.40 (!!!!) difference in price to be refunded and they said no, just bring the wraps back to them !! Shocking customer service and HUGELY overcharged. AVOID this takeaway at all costs!

Charged £3.50 to deliver 200 yards away as couldn’t leave house! Food already cost £16.10 for 3 items, 1 chewy tiny weep with literally 1 small piece chicken, some pasta and hummus. Disgusting way to make money! please order somewhere else they really don’t care here

Don’t bother, charged £3.00 to deliver across the street, 50p ‘service charge’ and 10p for a bag which is all well and good had I asked for one, service charge? If I wanted to tip you I would voluntarily!!! So charged £3.60 to have some food delivered across the street, which by the way made me bad.

Had to use the delivery service even though I live a few yards away I couldn’t leave the house, I looked at the bill online and was charged £3.00 for the privilege, 10p for a bag (ok fair enough, but free when you collect) and 50p ‘service charge’ again not charged on collection. I wouldn’t mind but at £16.10 for a small chewy wrap, some pasta and hummus was expensive enough! Avoid this place they are only interested in making money however which way.

You owe me money!UPDATE: 40 mins later they phoned back and sent out the order, which was actually quite nice.Provided proof of payment to the delivery driver so hopefully that's the end of an argument that almost ruined our Friday night.
Ordered food, and turned up in 9 minutes to my address. And made my family ill! We got food poisoning! Spoke on the phone to them today, and the man on the phone, stated he wasn’t bothered. And he doesn’t care about the 2star food hygiene rating they have. He told me that they cook all the chicken products during the day, and then reheat them when orders come in!! Everything is microwaved! No wonder my family was ill!!

I don't recommend eating here, what you order off the menu isn't what they supply you with, just seem to be cutting corners with my whole order. Took a while to be delivered Not professional at all and not much of a selection to chose from and there popular dishes arnt up to scratch either

We ordered a double smashed burger as they make it with gherkins, and it was one of the best I have ever had. Definitely would get again.

Ordered last week late on a weekday evening through just eat. Great option for those not wanting to cook but not wanting a greasy takeaway. Wraps and Peri Peri chips - recommend!!
