On the whole the staff are helpful, however I had to visit the customer toilets and all I can say is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Filthy, loo roll on the floor toilets not cleaned and very stained loo seats broken notl soap to wash your hands, dirty floor one loo was blocked and the smell is awful. I reported this to a young man who said he will mention it and a woman who said to me rudely that it will be done when they get round to it APPALLING...... WITH NO SOAP TO EVEN WASH YOUR HAND THEN SURELY YOUR PASSING GERMS TO FOOD. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED ASAP

Absolutely terrible experience at asda. This is why everyone buys at aldi. Asda places twice more expensive products hoping we won’t notice and just get it anyway. And Laura needs to get a customer service crash course. She not lacking in that department. There is zero experience how to deal with paying customers. Maybe career change if asda makes her so unhappy.

Staff are rude. Especially the older man (think he is Scottish) who works in the till area. He’s always so rude and many of my family and friends have experienced terrible service from him.Pizza counter is a shambles. It’s either the rude young man with a beard serving, making you feel like a huge inconvenience, or it’s completely unmanned.Store is a mess. Management are horrible and need training in customer service. SomeOf the staff are pleasant but the miserable few certainly let the team down.

Staff are always friendly but the store is often a mess, labels are always wrong so you end up overpaying. Fruit and veg availability is always appalling and the few items they'll have in stock will be rotten or bruised

Had click and collect on 23 Dec put a few different subs in order not the same as wanted ie cauliflower cheese I ordered and potato gratin put in , I went in the store and the things that I did want were on shelf so can't understand why these pickers didnt pick them, I've worked in retail

Went to Asda this morning. Asked about a product and was told to go and look my self. His attitude was that he could not be bothered and it was to much to say where I could find it.

We live nearby to the store and security were a great help when our chihuahua went missing (escaped out of our back gate). They took my details incase she showed up there and said they would keep an eye out for her in the car park. They also pointed me in the direction to the local vets that I wasn’t aware of. Not part of their usual job role and didn’t have to help me at all so so greatful though as the vets they directed me to got us in contact with the people that had found her!

Been here to do shopping and was rudely told "go over there" to self service checkouts for a small shop because having only a basket full of items on large shop self service checkout is somehow an issue at 10am with literally no one else using any of those checkouts which has never happened to me in any other supermarket before. Before this incident I had tried to deliver orders for deliveroo at this store which you have to call outside and wait for someone to come out which I waited over an hour the first time and 40 minutes the second before rejecting despite being told each time I called that someone will come outside in 5 to 10 minutes but no one came after calling them 3 times every 20 minutes. I have never had to call someone from outside from any other delivery I have ever done which is over 10000 deliveries and have NEVER had to wait over 25 minutes for any of those 10000 deliveries except for the two that I rejected at ASDA Pillgwenlly. Exceptionally poor service. 0/10

Left my Tesla in this car park to a substantial damage left on the right front bumper. Asked customer service and security for help to view the footage of the damage occurring in which I was told I would be contacted shortly on the matter. It has been two weeks and I have had no correspondence back with my inquiry after asking multiple times. It is a serious incident that will leave me to incur the cost of the damage of someone’s criminal offence.
