Used bonsai for 30+ years and the last 3 have gotten really poor out of my last 8/9 orders only one has been right , example today I ordered using there menu number and saying what I wanted and still got completely different meal , prawn toast is now regularly over done, one meal was all cold because they had to wait for the owner to come cook the ribs, so hot ribs cold everything else, another time rice noodles and curry sauce arrived no curry ? , An hour later brought curry sauce ,I live 2 streets away ? ,Never again have to draw a line somewhere and lucky dip meals is no good ,will try wah wah from now onDietary restrictions: Vegetarian, and I got chicken balls ?

If I could give a 0 I would wow the food was so bad we could not even eat it frozen food that's all they sell will not eat there again

This place has gone down hill over the last year. The last couple of takeaways I've had from here have been well below standard. I ordered what will be last meal from here, my hot and sour soup had a green bottle top in it, the crispy beef was unedible, the rice was dry and hard, and what was edible must of had a very high salt content, because my partner and I couldn't stop drinking water all night. I have always been one for supporting my local business, but this one will no longer get my support.

So far everytime I have eaten here the food has been fairly decent. I havent tried alot of their menu and did get chicken and black bean sauce instead of beef and blackbean sauce which was a pain but overall fairly good. I wish they would improve their food hygiene rating from a 1 out 5 because it would make me want to eat there more.

Very bland , I had a beef chow mein (dry) that was literally wasn't any soy sauce in there or seasoned . The chicken balls were tasteless and the chips were dry too . No heart went into the meal at all . I used to like the place and given it more than the benefit of the doubt before. It went in the bin . Sorry but I'll tell the truth . Go somewhere else vile . Downhill Chinese it should be called

Bad experience, food was horrible and gave my partner and ne bad stomachs, we later found out they have a hygiene rating of 1 which would explain alot considering our meal

Cant believe you turned down a delivery order just because it's a wednesday..... never mind there's plenty of others who would want an order for five hungry blokes....... pity we've used them many times before, find somewhere else now
Great place for food would definitely recommend, Seren was nice & friendly on the phone taking our order. We will be back!

SALT, PURE SALT. 3rd July 2021 last post 4months ago.If you have a LOW TOLERANCE to SALT or are on MEDICATION stay clear.Just ordered a meal and all I can taste is salt. I rang up prior to leaving this review and the delivery driver was extremely helpful, however the manager did not care and was very dismissive. If you have a LOW TOLERANCE to SALT or are on MEDICATION stay clear.
