Firstly the ordering screens would not accept offer codes from app. They now charge for mayonnaise here. Staff very fed up and appeared tired poor things not one table was wiped down and cleaned whilst we were there considering it was dead and lunchtime no excuse. Dread to think what would happen if they had a rush on here.Food cooked well fries extremely salty. One self service drink machine not working correctly my diet cola tasted like fizzy water poured it away used other one. To be honest would not recommend going here perhaps go to McDonald's over road its recently been extended and are extremely clean and professional.Wheelchair accessibility: Door does not open automatically may have been button but didn't notice.Space between table cramped to easily move around. Self service screens to high for a wheelchair user making you have to use counter and speak to a grumpy person who doesn't want to be there.

Ordered a BK yesterday here as my partner and i always love a BK. I ordered the Bacon Double XL meal with cheesy fries and let me tell you, they give you PLENTY of cheese on both the burger and chips!! The food was delicious and warm and everything was correct on the order too! As well as this , the man on the til and who gave us our food was lovely! Only downside to this restaurant is that it had an unusual smell in there which was slightly a damp unpleasant sort of smell , but other than that it was perfect. Would defo reccomend ?

Staff more interested in speaking to each other rather than cleaning tables anddealing with customers.Food arrived walked outside and sat to eat and all seemed to be Luke warm as it was all precooked and tepid.Onion rings seemed also to be precooked and very tough.We feel that we would not return to this branch due to poor produce and pree cooked food.
