A beautiful guest house with a lovely welcome . The hosts Judy and Mike are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area . The room was immaculate and perfect for our requirements . We had a twin room with a double and a separate single in an adjacent room .We arrived by train and then bus to Newport. The bus stop was 2 mins from the guest house so very convenient.Newport is a very pretty little place and perfectly placed to walk the coastal paths .Highly recommend this little gem of a B&BFood & drinks: Lovely pubs serving excellent foodNoteworthy details: Good choice of breakfast and very tasty

Most got back from a 3 night stay and would highly recommend. Hosts Mike and Judy were lovely.Rooms: Very clean. We booked a twin and got a double bed with a single bed in its own section with a door. 2 rooms in 1. Showers were lovely with some great smelling toiletries. Tv in the room with some books and a couple of board gamesNearby activities: Perfect if you like walking the coastal path. A couple of shops and a few nice pubs. A lovely pop up pasta place down on the beachWalkability: We arrived by train to Haverfordwest then bus to Newport. The B&B is just a 2 minute walk from the bus stopFood & drinks: Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a good choice

A beautiful property run by fantastic hosts. This place exceeded our expectations. Fabulous size room, immaculately clean throughout, lovely decor (particularly loved the family photos, an insight into the delightful hosts). Breakfast was great, well presented, tasty and plentiful. With absolutely no hesitation I would highly recommend this place. Should we visit this area again we will without any doubt book Cnapan B&B. Fantastic 5*+

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Loved our room and bathroom. Lovely backyard to hang out in. The hosts were fabulous and we enjoyed breakfast too. I did wish the rooms were more soundproof as our neighbor had a nasty cough. Overall, we loved staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
Fantastic B & B!!! My parents & my daughter & I come every year & have 2 rooms. Mike & Judy look after us every year & we are welcomed back like family each time! Beautifully furnished & decorated rooms with really comfortable beds & showers with amazing water pressure!!!Nearby activities: There are so many beautiful beaches, most within a half hour drive. Newgale, Whitesands, Poppit sands, Goodwick, Newport, Cwm yr Eglwys, Pwll gwyllod. In season there is the "Poppit rocket" which is a little bus that goes to some of these.

We stayed three nights in the cottage and everything was perfect Judy, Mike and Oliver are great hosts. Newport is a very nice location with some good place to eat. Great opportunities to hike and watch wildlife nearby.

There is great attention to detail in both the house itself -which is comfortable, spotlessly clean and stylish- and the service which ranged from a welcoming pot of tea and welsh-cakes after our coastal walk to arranging parking! Mike and Judy, and Maggie, even remembered our family members who stayed with them years ago and who always said how much they loved staying at Cnapan. Breakfast was delicious and freshly served, which set us up for another day's walking. Trefdraeth (Newport) is a lovely small town and alhough Cnapan no longer serve evening meals there are several excellent choices within easy walking distance. Diolch yn fawr Cnapan - many thanks for a lovely stay.

Stopped off at Newport on my Coastal Path walk for the night last minute, and Mike and his staff made me feel extremely welcoming.The rooms, bed and shower were first class. After a day of hiking it was a luxury of the best kind. Mike recommended the local Golden Lion for food, and it didn't disappoint. Really top local grub.Breakfast was included, and at a single occupancy rate of £75 made the stop off even more of a bargain.Can't recommend this place highly enough. B&Bs like this ran by people like Mike and his wife are what local businesses should be all about.Walkability: Just off the coastal path, less than 100m. Really great stopping off place between Cardigan and Fishguard.

This is the most homely of B&Bs, with warm, spotless, and comfortable rooms, a beautiful lounge with log burner, tasty breakfast (love the fresh fruit, yoghurt and mango puree 'starter'), and owners Judy and Mike who go out of their way to make your stay absolutely perfect. A total gem of a place to stay.
