I love dominos but risca one always seems to be a bit horrible not sure why it just doesn’t taste very good and they always mess up the order in some way and for the price you have to pay for pizza it should be

Although the actual pizzas were ok - the delivery driver didn’t either knock the door, or ring the bell. Simply left the pizzas out in the cold in their boxes and then rang me minutes later?! The ‘App’ doesn’t let you leave feedback. - won’t be using dominoes risca again !!!Kid-friendliness: Can’t move on without entering something !!!! Waste of time complaining !!!

Use to be very good. Now I feel like they’ve gone done hill. My pizza has been wrong on my last 6 orders whether it’s the wrong pizza base sauce, missing the cheese burger sauce on the top or dry with very little cheese. Missing items on the last 4 occasions. Cookies , dough balls and nachos come burnt with very little cheese. Lack of effort when placing the toppings on and when they are cutting it. They also do not accept cash anymore which is a little inconvenient at times.

Useless, took well over an hour and forgot multiple parts of my order. Then to make to for it they text me a promo code (that was clearly some automated system) that's worse than the deals already on the site.That combined with the new delivery fee has made me decide to drop them permanently.

Terrible customer service over the phone with ‘ manager ‘ Rebecca at domino’s Risca. I Would recommend a training course to be taken on how to deal with customer complaining and not to be rude / patronising. i was told delivery driver was outside rang numerous times to state that they weren’t. Advised that the driver was now going to deliver someone else food then will be back to find my address expecting me to accept cold food. Rang and asked for refund and advised this is not possible. Will not be ordering from here again. Terrible service

Pizza was nice. Staff are VERY rude.Ordered a pizza to collect and when I got there the woman had her back turned to me on her personal phone for a few minutes. There was a man cleaning the making area and another next to him slouched on the counter also on his phone just looking over at me. The woman then proceeded to look at me and walk into the back of the shop.After about 5 mins of not a word being spoken, the man who was on his phone finally brought me my cold pizza

Cold food, didn't taste great either, delivery was quick but personally I would prefer to wait longer if it meant the quality was better.
Food is nice but standards of preparation are dreadful. 11th of November we were given 2 boxes of cookies instead of our garlic bread. Today we ordered again and the half half pizza is 1/4 of one topping. With a single onion and mushroom on top when we didn't ask for either. Again, our chocolate pizza was delivered without the chocolate. This is not a good standard. The delivery time was only 20 minutes , but what use is fast delivery when you cant enjoy your order.

Ordered a meal deal for 4 people. Chose an allocated time. It turned up early. Rest of the party hadn’t attended by the time food arrived. Had to place it in oven to keep warm.one of the side orders missing, waited 40 minutes to then receive a call saying they can’t find the address. Despite being their 40 minutes earlier. By this time we had already eaten and finished. Still awaiting a refund, very poor service! Will go elsewhere next time

Collection - sides missing so had to wait around pizza going cold - wrong food, pepperoni balls instead of ham burnt nachos and cold hard wedges then rude customer service. Definitely rather travel bit further to Newports branch as always disappointing at this one.

Went to Risca Park for a walk and quietness. Needed to rest my mind so popped into Dominos for food. Lovely food.
