Whilst the food is always good at this Harvester, I do feel that customers who are neurodiverse and may have issues with sensory overload are not well thought about.Me and my family were originally put on the booth by the reservation desk, this was incredibly uncomfortable with other customers booked in coming in through the main door often and then having to converse with the staffOne of the staff members was kind enough to move us after I mentioned this, but only to then put us in the booth by the re-fillable drinks dispenser. So then a consistent amount of people were approaching it, using the ice button, with some even getting confused about the buttons when it's practically foolproof.Unfortunately, on this occasion, the dining experience was not enjoyable.

Stopped of that harvester as it was just up the road from a hotel I was staying in, the service we received from Claire was incredible! Bubbly, welcoming and such a smiley character that made the evening a fun enjoyable meal. She checked in to ensure everything was okay and went beyond what she needed to do to make sure our evening went without a hiccup! She's a great asset to the company. Great food and experience all round. Will definitley return when next passing through Newport
