Went here for a nostalgic treat. It is fried chicken but it is not kentucky fried chicken. Where did the taste go? Was not even crispy. Terrible. They only serve baked beans and sweetcorn because there's hardly any cost to them. So much for a treat. Bye bye KFC.

Kids hanging around by the door , keeping door open making it cold.Staff doesn't engage in conversation or eye contact.Long wait for food although 2nd customer and drive through quiet.The couple before me was still waiting for their food after I finished mine.Food was hot.Surfaces clean.Heating was OK.KFC prices have gone extortionate for the service.Decided not to return

Ordered a bucket £24 chicken looked like last night's dry and over cooked told manager he replaced with what he said was fresh chicken but was over cooked and looked like the same chicken I had the 1st time just over cooked more very dry when I said to the manager his attitude was our fryer is playing up and I've replaced it no money offered back all went in the dog he's happy I'm not

I have nothing better to do so I'll write a review, had a 8 piece fillet meal with 4 chips and popcorn chicken with a drink bottle. Chips and chicken were nice and soft. They finally gave a gravy that expires the next day rather than the same day so the gravy is actually delicious. I hope they keep this up because the gravy is usually runny like tea... This time there was nothing to complain about!

We went to get a kfc ordered the kids meal assumed it come with chips and one regular side turns out it’s either chips or corn but we’re not explained this by the person taking the order so come home to no chips! Have had numerous mistakes with this place I should not expect more there a disaster of a franchise and alway miss something.

Amount of side received is an absolute joke. Got the southern rice and it was a quarter full!! And the top bun on my burger looked like it someone had taken a bite out of it lol (obviously not but it was ripped and shouldn’t have been used)

The only reason your getting one star is because the food is OK. The service is pathetic. Standing waiting for 5 minutes before being asked for my order. One person front of house and they seem more interested in uber or just eat orders than serving customers. At the back was chaos. They must have a manager about 12 years old who can't tell the difference between their backside and their elbow. A huge amount of training is needed especially on customer service. Other people said how useless they are in this store. GET IT SORTED
This KFC was empty and not busy, with the drive through me and my friend were not permitted to make two orders and we're asked to make the order and drive round a second time In the car with noone behind us. Well done for saving on fuel KFC! Won't be going back ever again.

Went through the drive thru. Waited in a parking bay for the food. Props to the guy in the B.M.W. who realised he had been given our order and stopped to deliver it to us. The food is standard K.F.C. fair, so good enough.

I ordered a coffee. Sorry, not hot drinks. I ordered a Tropicana. Sorry, we've run out. Why don't you do hot drinks? We don't have a machine! There was litter lying around outside, including receipts from the previous day, so they obviously don't clean up very often.
