Terrible service went drive thru waiting half hour for my food first one on line holding up other vehicles female staff who serve me running clueless half the staff on there phones no apology at the end she got an attitude won’t be going here again

Awful service at the drive through.Rude & abrupt person taking my order.Then at the window giving us our food didn't say anything handed food over & closed window until I knocked the window and asked if that was all our order !

I dont normally leave reviews but I had to after the amazing service I was given at spytty McDonald's, I've never used the self service machine & the lady in charge was so helpful, she could see i was on crutches so told me to take a seat & brought everything to me, nothing was too much for her, also she was very polite & service with a smile made my day, I only wish i got her name, thankyou ?

Run by kids all stood around laughing not paying attention, took half hour to get a wrap 2 burgers and chips, gave me the wrong order twice, waited half hour when we went through the drive through. It’s a shambles and in the end we was still missing food and just gave up and went

I'm writing this review after 3 consecutive bad experiences staff are unattentive orderes on more than 5 separate occasions have been completely wrong or had items missing wait times have been rediculously long and food has arrived stone cold on several occasions avoid at all

Since the refurb, it’s gone down hill. Everytime I have visited, either the wait is long or the incompetent staff can’t get a basic order right. Save your money and go to coldra or Shaftesbury.

I hit my leg harder with the blocking seating arrangements. Though it was broken due to pathetic sitting planning. They need to remove a few seats on the walk way .

The worst drive through experience ever! Waited 18 minutes for food -“go park in the car park”. There were no spaces - cars just stopped everywhere. So poorly laid out that once in there you can’t get out without doing a 3 point turn. Food looked as if it had just been rushed and it was cold when I got home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Without a shadow of a doubt, this ranks as one of the worst McD's in the UK. Have had the misfortune to go twice in two days. The first time, I ate in, they must have been cooking the food next to a light bulb for the amount of time it took to arrive (10 mins +). This morning I have gone in the drive through, paid, gone to the collection window to be told that they are waiting for eggs. Eggs must be in 70% of their morning menu, and they are waiting for them. The waiting area was full, the car park was full. I gave up and drove to Magor Services McD's. Including the drive it was probably quicker.

I just had my other from mcdonalds and I am so annoyed and feed up of people not being able to do their jobs correctly I have worked in hospitality all my life so please don't use that excuse. On my order I had a dou le quartet pounder with cheese and left a note for ncheese no mustard and no onions ad my daughter is dairy Intoletante they put a sticker on the box correctly but yes it came with cheese which meant she couldn't eat it so I just wasted my money and she was not happyDietary restrictions: Means nothing

Always items missing from the delivery, nuggets last time and no fries this time. You don't answer the phone probably fed up of customers ringing with the same complaints. How hard can it be to read the order and check the contents of the bag?!
