This a hidden gem in Newport. Have visit 5+ times and will keep returning. Fay and Anton are an example of what a restaurant is all about, heartwarming service, consistent, and mouthwatering food. The tortilla is out of this world.

A lovely find! The staff were friendly, especially the lady (sorry I don’t remember her name!) who spoke highly of the restaurant and the chef and his Spanish background.The food was delicious, they even bought us out some complimentary cheese/meats and glass of Prosecco which I thought was a lovely touch to celebrate Valentine’s Day!It’s got a cute atmosphere. Both areas of the restaurant. And generous portions !!Looking forward to going again soon!

If you've not discovered this little gem, be prepared to enjoy one of Newport's finest eateries, with a natural easy vibe and some of the finest tapas I've had in a good while. Didn't get to try the much talked about sangria though ?....next time the missus is driving!

Lovely staff, friendly and fast service! We weren’t particularly happy with the food, i do not understand why is awarded?! paella was way different than the original, tapas nothing special also.

Wow, what an experience, cosy, warm, welcoming. Fay made us feel like family friends. Proper Spanis food, extremely tasty. Had garlic bread with alioli, and mussels to start. 3 tapas for £18 - delicious and king prawns that were cooked to perfection. Proper northern Spanish lager washed it down perfectly. Will definitely be back when next in town. Try it you’ll love it.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant out for a while due to the good reviews. Went there this evening but very disappointed. Food was not freshly cooked as I was expecting. Calamari looked like it was from a supermarket and very chewy. Paella was tasteless, dry and not warm - seemed like it had been poorly reheated and the prawns were totally inedible. Tortilla was not warm and also seemed like it had been reheated. Chef denied this but he was the only person waiting tables and cooking food. I've eaten in enough restaurants to recognise when the food is microwaved and served too quickly to be freshly cooked. I would say avoid. Cannot believe how this place has near universal 5 star reviews. We did get a reduction to our bill but spoilt our anniversary meal.
