Really nice sandwich with my father after a continuous run of train cancellations, so a welcome break from our stress. I got the Ham build your own which was delicious. The staff were very kind and nice, and were really good staff. After eating I filled out their Subway Survey and got a free cookie which was delicious! Great experience.

New menu and have to choose pre set options no choice of customising,Can’t even add sauce or extras I asked for some sauce on my nachos and they can’t change it even when offering to pay extra

4 stars for the service alone the food is messy and not prepared well so for that I give them 1 star less
The staff are friendly enough but on multiple occasions I have visited at around 9pm and they have already started closing up and putting things away. Never any meatballs available. Why advertise that you are open until 10pm but take half the fillings/ stock away an hour before close? The last time I visited they failed to scan my reward card properly and my points didn't register.

Just wanted to recognise a member of staff at this Subway who I believe is named Julie. I've visited here a number of times and from what I can tell Julie is the backbone of this restaurant ! She clearly loves her job and always has a smile on her face. Unfortunately her colleagues include a lad with long greasy hair who can be seen eating in the back and coming back out chewing (gross) and a short afro haired lady with the personality of a piece of paper and permanent look of misery on her face. Julie is a breath of fresh air, someone give this woman a promotion !!
