A shambles..Used app to click and collect...Paid online and received confirmation of order...Get to location only to be told that not only was the order not ready, it was actually never going to be ready as ingredients were not available for the order!! I love having my money taken from my account and then my time wasted on pointless journey's. IS IT DIFFICULT TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED??? At what point did you deem it OK to let the me know my order wasn't happening when I'm there to collect! TWO TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED..Need training and a brain.Rest assured I have no longer subway account..10/10 FOR BEING PATHETIC

My girlfriend and I visited on a Sunday, the the menu was full of variety and the food was fabulous. We will definitely be returning.
