First time I visited this cafe and was very impressed by the quality of the food! Yes I felt it was a little expensive but I did get alot, festive wrap, hallumi burger, chicken dippers on waffles maple syrup, fudge waffles and 2 chocolate fraps. We ate every bit of it. Staff were friendly. All food was hot and felt fresh.Parking: Under the store (this is height restricted) but there is more parking on the outside of store to allow higher vehicles

Called in here for a breakfast, should of gone to Morrisons where we usually go. When breakfast arrived the presentation was poor. Sausage not very nice, bacon cold fried egg broken and over cooked . The hash browns were greasy and a spoon of beans dumped over everything. The toast only had enough butter for one piece not for the two given. It was a poor copy of a Morrisons brekkie. I have learned a lesson here

Very poor service, staff on counter stood about were more interested in gossiping rather than serving/giving good customer service. I actually felt like an inconvenience and like I was getting in their way. Don't mind Tesco cafe food, prices on the up but same as everything else these days. But yeah will think twice about returning here due to the poor service. Shame.*Edit* then to too top it off, because she was too busy chatting she put the wrong thing through and we got the wrong food.

Unfortunately we were so disappointed. I actually recommended this cafe to my family as they did an all day breakfast. When we got there we were told toasties and panini's only. We ordered a panini and it came with literally no filling. They never asked if we were happy with our meal even when they then closed early and we were only ones in the seating area. I felt terrible for recommending this place and we won't be back. :(
This is the third time ordering where the cafe can't even send items you paid for! Ordered using Just Eat and there were items missing yet again! Inexcusable when the workers can see what was meant to be on the order on the bloody receipt! Food is good if you get it, but wouldn't bother as you'll just have to chase JustEat for a refund in the end anyway.

We ordered 4 breakfasts, but had to ask for some small changes to be made. The woman serving us, was very impatient and rude. She wasn't happy about having to tell the cook about the changes. I am autistic and have anxiety, so her attitude made me uncomfortable. I tried to make light of the situation though. The breakfasts were pitiful looking considering the fuss they made over having to make a few small changes.

In love with Tesco Cafe. Me and my friends make a regular trip here due to its wide selection of meals and food which have all been of great quality. The prices in here are decent and the waiting times are always minimal. Staff here are really nice and approachable and make it their main focus to ensure you have a top quality visit. The cafe also offers a nice view out into Newport Retail Park with large windows spanning the exterior of the store.
