Love this restaurant, they've got a special deal for a main and a refill drink for £9.99 at the moment, so excellent value for money. The team are always brilliant and the atmosphere is great. Will always choose this restaurant!

Have been here servers times and the food is always amazing. Tonight I ordered from just eat. Was not disappointed at all. The quality was lovely, tasty as ever and the food was nice and warm. I requested garlic fries that weren’t on the menu and they delivered ? can’t fault any of it, even took the time to write a note saying merry Christmas. Will definitely be returning and telling me friends

No sour cream, no coleslaw. Filthy wine glass. Lovely wine. Lovely waitress. How can you have a TexMex without sour cream? Poor waitress must get sick of apologising ☹️

We had the best time - a family evening meal. Food was great. Cocktails mixed by Abi were the best and totally delicious. Abi gave us impeccable service - so friendly and efficient.

Wow!! Tgi Fridays friars walk is top notch!! I couldn’t recommend it more if my life depended on it. The 241 cocktails and £5 cocktail deals are a can’t miss!! As well as the downtown menu, I’ve already recommended it to everyone in the office

Would give zero stars if possible. Everything from start to finish was shocking. Clearly no competent management. Waitress was lovely, she’s your saving grace really. Guinness is from a surger not draught and wasn’t told. Charged for a Capri Sun when we had a drop of orange cordial. Food freezing. All round very pour. Won’t be returning, I can see why Friars Walk is failing.

Despite it being very busy , I was seated reasonably quickly. The Restaurant was clean and tidy. There was a wait before I was asked for my Food and Drink order, my server was Abi B , she did say that there was a bit of a wait. The meal I ordered didn't take that long to be brought to my table. All in all well done to all the team both FOH and BOH for a very relaxed atmosphere despite as I said it being busy.

I just spent £21 on a cold rack of ribs and a corn on the cod!! These meals are a treat to most people and to be missing items as well as being cold is disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! Very disappointed

Had booked for a birthday celebration meal with family. From arrival we knew something was up, just no staff visible and those that were looked run of their feet! Sat down in a dingy part of the restaurant with a shower curtain over part of the bench seating as there was a leak. Looked gash.There were other larger parties and one waitress who apologised for the delay and advised they were extremely short staffed. So we were in for a wait. And wait we did. A rather long time just for drinks. Perusing a menu that was pretty ordinary but damned expensive!! In the end we waited so long we decided to call it and left to go somewhere else. The chap behind the bar apologised sincerely as we left but seriously, the management should do something as it was awful waiting but awful watching the staff totally rushed off their feet and put upon in my view.
