Ordered the mix grill in a meal deal as staying at the premier in asked how I would like my steak well done it was defo well done on the outside but could not be any pinker on the inside if they tryed sausages was also burnt but other then that OK service was OK a few people in but was quite but service was good but did nothing when I mentioned about how pink the steak was in side not even a sorry I stayed in the one in Durham for 3 nights last week was amazing compared to this one glad only here for 1 night

Myself, husband and 4 year old went on the 28th December- food was fine, staff very good but the wait was long. We had already booked for an extended family meal for the 29th, my son didn’t eat his dinner and we asked the waitress if the chef would be able to make beans on toast the following evening, she checked and it was ok’ed. Skip to the following night, a different waitress said chef wouldn’t do it so I asked for beans and bread and butter Instead. Had I know the issue I would have fed him before we went out. They did in the end give beans on toast but the toast was hard as rock and the only bit that could be eaten was the spoonful of beans placed in the middle. Food took ages to come out, and hour and half after sitting. The food was not good, we ate it as we were hungry. The waitress was great thou. Won’t be going back ! Sorry

Went there for a late lunch early dinner. Not very good at all which was a disappointment. Everything was very greasy and not great at all. Especially for the price.

Got breakfast just before the end time of service. Didn't even get to lock it ourselves, it was brought to us even though advertised as all you can eat breakfast....The sausages were just about cooked, black pudding was like mush and there was no atmosphere... And we couldn't get a refill of the coffee as it had gone past the breakfast time...Ok it was the first thing on a Monday morning, but not sure if I'd have breakfast there again...McD's is close by ?Parking: Up to 3 hours

If you do choose to eat here please make sure that you enter your car registration into the in-house parking system. I hadn't realised I had to do that. I was legitimately parked in a disabled bay, displaying a blue badge. Because we hadn't entered our reg number I got a fine in the post from Horizon Parking. They manage the parking space as a contractor. I appealed the fine but because we paid cash on the night and the reservation was not in our name (we were part of a group) the appeal was declined and I had to pay £51. An expensive night out, we will not be going back.

Larissa, Jenny, and the team delivered exceptional service tonight - despite what must have been an exhausting short-staffed shift. They demonstrated fantastic energy, enthusiasm, passion, and patience even though the place was packed and there were several large groups in. I heard everyone I was sat near-to commended the team for their incredible hard work. They were all cheerful, polite, and engaging - watching them working together so effectively was a delight. Food was spot-on, but the customer service made the night.

The food was the usual great standard as in other Beefeater restaurants, service slightly slow and although correct, not spotless clean, probably end of a busy day...
I was expecting more for the price we paid .Reception are indifferent to the guests when you enter the hotel.In the 4 nights we stayed our bedding was never changed.They didnt bother to wash the coffee cups and spoons in the room ,just left them there dirty .There also could of been more choice at breakfast .

On Monday 20th November 2023 we had the, round table. This was to celebrate an 80th birthday of a dear friend. The table was full, about 10 of us, nice an intimate. Staff were great, as was the atmosphere. We have been there before an they never disappoint. Thanks.
