restaurant was very busy and we were told that we had to sit at the bar and pay separately for meal and desserts. We decided to book online for the first available option that was 3.10pm. When we were seated there was no cutlery on table, the meat which we had on our carvery was turkey & beef; the turkey was disgusting we had shavings and not slices the beef was all fat. The vegetables on offer were not what we usually have so we just had meat and roast potatoes. The price of the meal compared to what you are served is massively overcharged

We went for my daughter's 40th birthday. Our server was Joshua he was very polite and really helped us out with my disabled grand daughter, assisting us with getting her into the building which allowed us to feel ease and stress free. The food was lovely and fresh! We all had a great time. Will definitely be back. Big shout out once again to the manager Joshua.

I went here with my partner and my son who has autism. We was placed right at the centre and ignored for over 45 mins and then once I found someone to help I had the most disgusting look off staff. In the end we left after 1 hour no food no drinks no nothing basically. Worst place I have ever been to not inclusive of any S.E.N needs family or any family. I will be avoiding this company from now on I suggest you all do the same........
