Hate to say but this was the worst curry I've ever eaten. We couldn't even finish the meal. It tasted awful, looked awful. Staff were friendly and attentive but due to the food we will not be returning.

Went there on Friday. Not what I expected. Biriyani rice was hard like it’s been microwaved. Mixed grill was good. Ordered chilli paneer and didn’t taste good. Toilets were

Probably the worst Indian I’ve ever had. Staff were rude when I asked about my nan bread.. they gave us 2 bits of popadom that looks like someone has been biting chunks out of it.. may aswell look like 1 popadom instead of 2.. my naan was half a naan not even a whole naan .. rice is hard like it’s been microwaved.. chicken in korma is like shredded… looks Grimm.. basically a bowl of water.. £6.90 for korma which is half a tub.. won’t be going here again for sure…

Not that there's a lot of competition, but this is easily the most tasty curry house in the valley or those around. Flavours are excellent & complex, its not your bland fayre where its all coloured slop & everything tastes the same & meat is good quality & cooked to perfection, not tough & chewy like it can be in other places. service is extremely friendly & welcoming. Menu could be a little clearer (eg that karahi & kadhai are actually the same thing as I ended up ordering 2 dishes with identical sauces). I would love it if they had a few more vegetable dishes as I eat a low carb diet so avoid rice or chips so it's good to have some other options on the side eg broccoli or aubergine bhaji (though they did make the aloo gobi potatoe-less at my request). My husband had the jalfrezi & garlic naan which he was very impressed with. They do need to sort out their telephone issue though or sort out an online order system as we've never had a smooth order yet, it always breaks up! Still, at least the food is consistently good on the whole so it's worth persevering with it (we only once had an experience that was bland once when we went in person mid week & they did say they had a new chef)

Went there for a meal and had to walk out. Not what I expected. Had 5* reviews on TripAdvisor so thought it would be alright. NO! It's basically a sports bar that sells Indian food. Full of drunk loud young lads. We ordered poppadoms which arrived cold, dripping in oil and stale with no plates to eat off. My wife went outside to the smoking area which was by the kitchen and said the kitchen looked disgusting and she didn't feel comfortable eating here, paid for our drinks and poppadoms and left. The only waitress/ barmaid was lovely but rushed off her feet with customers in the Bar. We certainly won't be going back.

With trip advisor you would think they would say truth with rating. Hope they acknowledge this for their ratings as night totally spoilt. Booked for husband birthday didn't eat starter poppadoms cold dripping in oil with no plates to eat off. Never had an expierence like this ever! Left starter uneaten. Never again after trying to eat locally. So sorry for awful time i gave my husband. Maybe it should be bar not restaurant.

If I could give no stars I would. What a truly awful place. Wife booked a table for two for my birthday, wish she hadn't bothered. We walked in and were shown to our table. The place was full of young lads all having a " good time" which I have no issues with what so ever but not the atmosphere you want if you're having a meal. Was prepared to put up with the noise so ordered poppadoms which arrived stone cold ,dripping with oil and stale with no plates. Not a great start. Wife went outside to the smoking area which is next to the kitchen and said the kitchen looked filthy and didn't want to eat there. Having looked at the menu while she was having a cigarette I couldn't find anything that really took my fancy anyway so we paid for our drinks and left, went home and ordered a takeaway. Got to say the waitress/ barmaid was lovely and rushed off her feet. Be aware this is not what I'd call a restaurant, its a public bar that serves food. Never again.

Terrible service.. Large booking split over two tables, two tables served starters and mains, the third table left to wait over an hour after we entered the premises after Indian party came in and received starters and mains before us, told they lost our order after we complained and they told us extra 30 mins wait…. Will never return!!

Just had a takeaway, absolutely beautiful. Thank you for delivering. Can't wait until we can come back and sit in. Thank you.

Food looks and tastes delicious, with good sized portions (we took home a doggy bag) plenty of options on the menu, including vegetarian.Staff are very friendly and attentive.Nothing was too much trouble! The only downside was the bar side got a little noisey.
