Delivered on time, ordered 4x 16inch pizzas for a birthday party. All said really good pizza, best in town. Polite delivery man, thankyou. Also, this is the first time all day giggling 16 year old girls have been quiet ?

My burger was harder then Johnny sins after a new shoot.. it's absolutely disgusting the way they serve their food - the manager doesn't know the different between hot & cold and the bloody female worker refused to give my sauce worth 75p after I tipped them £4??

After having to wait an hour and a half, which was bad enough, two chicken kebabs arrived not fit for my dog to eat, they were burnt to a crisp and dry. I called Baygrill and was told to throw both kebabs in the bin and new ones would be sent. To be fair, second delivery arrived in half an hour, perfect chicken but told by the driver i had to give back both burnt chicken kebabs as if I was lying and making it up.Horrendous service, will never eat from baygrill again.

Place an order 6,30 for delivery between 7.30 and 8.15 had to call 8.30 food was on it way which is 3min away 15min later still nothing called them again this time was told half the order was dontand was doing other half as we spoke had to cancel as it was 8.45pm and we was going out for 9pm very disappointed and how was delt with over the phone no more order from this address Llandudno Grill will get my £££ from now on
