We popped in for a coffee and cake.Both were very good and the service was great.I needed the toilet, which was accessed via a door operated by asking the staff. Then there were several flights of stairs.The toilets were not clean at all!

I'm sorry to say this place is really poor. Premium pricing for frozen/microwavable food. Choose literally any where else. Couldn't eat the food. It was dire. Toilets are a disgrace aswell. Better off going to

I never write reviews, but this cafe was so terrible - we didn’t enjoy our lunch at all! 30-45 mins wait even though the cafe was empty and only us eating. Refused to serve us tap water and charged us for bottled instead. Staff were unwelcoming and rude. Asked for a panini but was given ciabatta, and no salad as they’d ran out (was still charged £12.95) Jacket potatos were rock solid. So many items such as mayonnaise, chicken curry not available. So expensive - we spent a lot of money only to be made to feel unwanted and to eat very disappointing food.

Having been on holiday with one of my service users. We had walked past this place and we had a coffee each when the place seemed quiet. We had 1 latte and 1 cappuccino. Granted some of the tables didn't seem too clean and one of the tables had wobbled. When having the cappuccino it had to be up with the best or the best that I have had, I've had cappuccinos in Budapest, Prague, London, Montreal, New York City etc etc. we had come back for the second time in two days, the only place I had cappuccino twice is in Budapest. Unfortunately I couldn't say much on the toilet or food. The place was bright with lights and well spacious. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Unfortunately in this picture, the cappuccino didn't look as good as it did yesterday, however, being served by Chelsea, she had made a good cappuccino, well done Chelsea.

Don’t know where to begin! The coffee was luke warm and so strong we couldn’t drink it. Two young ladies serving had no customer care (or couldn’t care less attitude) and if you by any chance need to use the toilets you have to notify the staff behind the counter and they’ll unlock the door for you!! We won’t be going back there again in a hurry.
