We had a range of food including squid from the special board for starters and as a veggie I had the beetroot with white truffle and deep fried Brie. I have had dishes where the truffle has been overpowering but this was done delicately and the best dish I had my whole holiday. Main courses consisted of mussels for my nine year old (lucky her!), hake for the 11 year old and fish stew for my husband. They all thought they were absolutely delicious. We visited as part of my mums 70th birthday and could not fault the food or the service. We had most of the menu between the 14 of us and everyone was more than happy. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

We had the great pleasure of having our Sunday lunch here. 2 courses for £15 was a complete bargain. My wife had the fish starter which would have been £15 on its own at some other restaurants we have dined in. The great starters were followed up with a marvellous roast beef dinner. Unfortunately we don't live locally otherwise we would definitely be regulars here. Highly recommend.
