Stayed here for one night for my wife’s birthday. Can honestly say this is a gem of a place. We were told to phone just before arrival so we could be shown where to park. The hotel has 4 parking spots along side the building and the staff use these during the day then move for you to park. We stayed in room one which was well furnished, warm and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant at night and chose the sharing sea food platter which was amazing. Great atmosphere and excellent service. The breakfast was superb which you order on arrival. Again all food was cooked well and the quality was excellent. Couldn’t fault anything during our stay, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return

A good all round experience. Shared 4 plates between 2. All delicious chicken and king prawn were especially good. Shared a chocolate tart desert which was especially good when combined with that salty caramel ice cream. Not too sweet just right.

We visited here on recommendation from the lady who runs the hotel we stay in. We were not disappointed, in fact this place has gone to the top of our favourite place to eat in Llandudno. We were greeted by lovely friendly staff and shown to our table which was in a lovely area, chairs were super comfy which is great when your having a meal. The menu is tapas style so lots of dishes to try. The food was delicious. We stay in Llandudno twice a year so will definitely be eating again next time.

Beyond expectations. Food was freshly cooked and attractively presented. We ordered sea bass, prawns and chicken. The fish dishes were delicious and had more flavour then the chicken which was a little dry but we still enjoyed the whole experience. Sticky toffee pudding with salted ice cream, a generous portion. Staff were attentive and the lady offered advice when we asked, service charge is not included but well deserved especially for the lady who served our table.

Eaten here a number of times and it really is top notch without fail. I can only presume the negative reviews are from disgruntled business owners in the area using an alias on trip advisor. The food is exceptional, service is attentive and presentation is top drawer, so why should I have given it a 3 Star review? Well actually it’s through no fault of snooze or the staff. It’s the inconsiderate neighbour at number 2. We booked a room for two nights and arrived at around 7.30 pm in order to get ready for a meal at snooze for 8.30. The staff went out of their way to assist upon arrival. Rearranged parking so I could leave the car outside and carried the cases to the room. We got sorted and began to get ready for dinner. By 8pm we were further greeted with the chorus of 2 barking dogs going absolutely nuts. At first I thought it was a guests dogs however it rapidly became evident that it was from the flat next door. Now there are a number of things that provoke a reaction from me and one of them is dog owners who think it’s acceptable to let their dogs bark relentlessly. We had one such neighbour who thought it was acceptable however their dog’s mysteriously disappeared one day whilst they were out. Before anyone thinks I’m anti dog, I’m not, I have 3 but I don’t agree with people who think it’s acceptable to leave their dogs unaccompanied to annoy others who want some peace and quiet. These clowns in the property next door had left two dogs in the room next to ours and they were going barmy. A walk outside revealed they were in the upstairs room at the window in a flat that was obviously empty. A bit miffed over the racket we went for dinner. Returned to the room around 11.15 and all was quiet or at leat so I thought. Midnight they were off again! Next morning we were woken by it again 7am and that night they were at it again for nearly 3 hours and Sunday morning we were woken by 7.15am and they were still going at it at 10.00am whilst we were packing to leave. Great weekend, great location, fantastic room ruined by some scumbag who thinks it’s acceptable to keep their dogs locked in a flat. Feel sorry for the dogs they must be going demented stuck in there and as for the owner, very lucky I don’t live near them! Best advice, choose room 1 or 2. They are on the opposite side of the building unless you like the sound of a dog kennels. Didn’t complain even though we met the owner on the last morning. Feel sorry for the guy trying to balance running a quality business and living next door to that.

My husband and myself had a lovely tapas meal on Saturday night when we were away for the weekend. Advise you book as very busy. The food and service was excellent and nice cocktails as well. Can highly recommend and will come again when in Llandudno

Nice decor and ambiance great place for adults. Tapas selection was nice and wine was beautiful. Lots of advising on not ordering too much food due to portion size but perhaps sometimes better to let the customer decide.

We chose Snooze because it looked to be a bit different and we are very pleased we did. The waiting staff showed us to our table and explained the menu. Our order was taken and our food arrived in a good time. We are not used to eating tapas style so it was good to have a different experience. The food was very tasty, the portion size just right and presentation including how well the dishes fitted comfortably on the table between us was just fine. All in all an excellent choice, thank you.

Great tapas bar with an extremely good menu. The food and service was superb. It was so good we actually went there two nights in a row! A hidden gem. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent and so was the service. My husband is gluten free and was shown a pleasing variety of GF dishes to choose from. We also shared a bottle of Australian Shiraz which was very palatable and I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Been to snooze many times, on of our favourites ! The food is always fabulous. Visited on the 7th for my Birthday, ordered prawns and sea bass. Seabass was way over cooked but ok. These dishes come with a side salad. The lettuce was very gritty..not nice at all.. apparently there had been other , no so much complains, but comments about this. Next we ordered belly pork and some chicken dish. Chicken was dry , belly pork was way too salty. Again this came with a side salad, and again it was very gritty. Later, a guy who is normally a waiter appeared. He had been helping in the kitchen it seemed. We mentioned the gritty salad, to which he answered, "yes it was all over my car this morning as well !" Maybe this was a one off?? Not the problem but how it is dealt with. Bit disappointed guys . Will we be back ?? Duno... the menu is a bit samey as well to be honest, probably not then.

Great little place. Only four bedrooms so book early. Only great things to say. We were greeted by Meg and she was wonderful throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Mini fridge in room. Comfy bed. Huge fluffy towels. We ate in restaurant and it was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from. They even provided a parking space. Excellent all round and will definitely go back

Lovely place and friendly staff. We went twice in the week and would have gone again if our trip was longer.
