Visited early Good Friday and it was surprisingly quiet. They had a good value 2 person deal but we just opted for the regular cod and chips with mushy peas. Delicious and filling. The fish was tasty and not greasy. Friendly staff team on and the restaurant was clean and tidy. If I'm going to niggle, I'd say the price of the soft drinks for the size of the glass is too much. But still worthy of 5 stars.

Had our tea here it was lovely. Skinless fish with a light batter similar to tempura, crispy chip's and mushy peas. Served in an Impressive time from ordering to the table friendly staff. We will definitely return a happy to recommend this gem.

Very good quality fish & chips at good prices. My haddock, chips & mushy peas was £14 and excellent. Friendly service, with lots of tables. Their takeaway shop next door is cheaper still. Enough chips for leftovers the next day!

Ordered sausage, chips and peas with curry sauce....got home and the sausage looked absolutely disgusting..... I gave it to my dog. My partner tried the sausage and confirmed it tasted awful. Will not be returning!
