So today my boyfriend and his daughter went to get crepes. When we got there I ordered 2 crepes and a milkshake. Only to be told that they were not doing anything other than waffles today. We thought okay we will just have waffles instead no big problem right? Ordered a lemon and sugar bubble waffle, there was a tiny bit of lemon juice on it, no sugar, whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream. The waffle tasted rubbery and chewy and was disgusting and I would like to add it was not a bubble waffle like ordered and this was the last one to be made in our order and took nearly 10 mins to make. I ended up ordering a plain Nutella waffle as the kinder and Oreo waffles were completely out of stock! There was no prior warning of this or the fact that they were not serving crepes or milkshakes as advertisement would lead you to believe. Again my waffle was not a bubble one as ordered came with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and the tiniest drizzle of chocolate sauce. We will definitely not return as we left extremely dissatisfied with the products we ordered for nearly £14 it was definitely not worth it. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to be disappointed

I visited today and a young man Jaydon served us. Very courteous & thoughtful .Something for every taste.Great variety of flavours most of them named.But young man knew what they all were.( think about 40 varieties) And helped other customers in their choice. Tasted lovely, Generous amount. Seating inside & out .Loved how icecream was covered inside to preserve cold & keep flies off on what was a very hot day. We will definitely visit again when next in Llandudno.

Was served by Jay, who was one of the friendliest, happiest and politest staff members I've encountered. The ice creams were wonderful and the lemon sorbet was one of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be returning

Purchased a sundae and a cone here the two stars are for the the ice cream which apparently is parisellas. The sundae consisted of small amount of ice cream some sauce minimal sprinkles and a thin wafer. The young girl serving did not seem to know how to make the sundae. Also very pricey at over a tenner no wonder place was empty tried the other place up the road but it was really busy would not return.

What a gem this is! Lovely waffle and ice-cream parlour with plenty of choice of different ice-cream (I found it hard to pick one, as they all looked delicious). A great place to enjoy a tasty treat after a day at the beach. A big shout-out to Jayden who served myself and the grandkids with a big smile. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusted we got 2 “king waffle shakes” a kinder bueno one and a strawberry one she put them in 2 coffee cups no ingredients that it says on the board were used like 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream & bueno bars etc it was bueno ice cream milk and a disgusting chocolate topping and charged us £15.75 see photos
Absolutely brilliant staff, especially Meg, she went above and beyond to help me choose which milkshake I should have! Trust me... I'm a difficult customer ? Not only was she polite and friendly, the milkeshake was amazing ?

I visited this ice cream shop after next door shop of fish and chips. I would recommend this shop, ice cream was the best which ever had but the guy who was serving and was incharge was very arrogant and rude. There were no tags for flavours of ice-cream. We have to ask few , indeed he was unable to tell all flavours. This is a big shortcoming. They should display tags so customers know which flavour it is. As mentioned in other comments by someone else, girl serving was really looks ve5dSad, don't know why.If customer service is improved, they deserve 5 stars.
