I went in and ordered what I wanted and had it within 3 minutes and went home and ate it it was very nice ?

Service staff friendly enough but the content of my order received was a shambles. Checked the food received against what I ordered before leaving. Found the wrong sauces. When pointed out to staff the reply was "Yeah but we've run out of what you ordered". Surely that should have been pointed out and an alternative offered as opposed to just throwing the incorrect sauces in and hoping we would not notice. Next, found a tub of mashed potatoe which was not ordered. Queried this with staff who answered "Yeah but we have run out of fries". Again this had been sneaked into the bag and it had not been mentioned that he had decided to replace my chips with mashed potatoe. It would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to decide on an alternative. I wonder if it's a regular thing for this fast food restaurant to run out of chips at 7pm, 4 hours before closing. Finally, got home and the inevitable missing corn on the cob. Presume they had run out and replace this with an invisible Zinger.I'm not usually one for negative reviews but this really "took the biscuit", or in this case "took the flatbread" because they had run out of biscuits and replaced with a flatbread (without telling me).Positive note though, staff seemed nice and smiley!!!

My wife called today ordered a meal for a few of us . After waiting 20 mins for the food she asked if it was all there ? The MANAGER said yes it’s all there on arriving home there was no fries and only 6 of 8 pieces of chicken ! When I phoned the MANAGER said he would replace the fries and chicken only . So everything would be cold . So I returned to the shop where he said he would call the police ! All I wanted was the order correct . This IS THE WORST KFC IN THE UK !!!!!! Avoid at all cost

I had a unpleasant experience whilst waiting for my order possibly due to luck staff andStaff not listening to the order properly.I ordered a large meal and I’ve repeated the order twice to make sure I getWhat I ordered.The guy confirmed that I’ve ordered a large meal with large Pepsi no ice.After I paid I received a regular meal with regular Pepsi with ice.Waiting time was over 15 minutes.MANAGERS please employ more people and provide more training to your staff!

First I was told I could not pay for my food at the counter with card, only cash. I would have to use the computer to pay with card. (which is OK if you know the name of the meal you want!)Then the girl serving decided that I could pay at the counter?Then I asked for some sugar to put in my coffee, I got told it was at the side with salt. It was not it was empty, that's why I asked!So she went off round the back of the kitchen and was gone for almost 5 mins. And then informed me that there was no sugar in the place!!The Chicken was awful, soggy batter, no colour to it. And to top it off the coffee was cold.Will NOT BE GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON! ?

An above normal KFC, the service was good, the food was done quick, it all was hot and tasted good.I had a takeaway so i havent gave the full stars for atmosphere as i didnt stay in there to long, seemed nice though.

There was no atmosphere to speak of, but it's a fast food outlet. What do you expect?I hadn't had a KFC for over 20 years. My son decided to get us one of the 'Daily chicken wraps', which come with the sauce of the day. And, it was nice. There was a lot of chicken and sauce, I enjoyed the shredded red cabbage in thereIt was a really refreshing change from the wilted lettuce you get in many places. The price? Just under two pounds for the daily wrap. Now that was value for money. The chilli sauce is really nice. I find the bbq sauce a bit overpowering, but that's because I am not a lover of bbq sauces. All the same, it was an OK bbq sauce, and I ate it all. What was really nice tho...the wrap itself. They are normally just wrapped in the soft tortilla wraps... but this one was maybe slightly toasted, and it made a very nice change.

I will never go here again.Don't get order right, the accuse me of being rude, when in fact the women server slamed the glass door I'm my face, twice, she needs to understand she cannot be upset when she is in the wrong.30 mins for a burger and fries.

One ordered a fillet box meal and an ice cream. I sit down and wait patiently for the KFC staff to supply me with my meal. After 15 painful minutes; my food finally arrives. Greasy and cold chicken, bits of the chicken were hard and felt off, bread is rock solid. Fries are nearly as greasy as the workers hair here. I ate this anyway because I didn’t have time to go and complain. Tasted around 2.9/10 at BEST. Next. The ice cream. It was ok but too much sauce. I mean; how hard is it to screw up ice cream?! Will not be coming to this particular location again, would much rather have gone to the McDonald’s across the road. This particular restaurant is a disgrace to the colonels name, and wasn’t “finger licking good”. I mean I wouldn’t even let me dog lick my fingers after eating here.

One approached kfc in Pembroke dock with high hopes. I have attended this restaurant before and it has been hit or miss. Alas my belly was a grumbling and was calling the colonels name. Upon walking through the doors I walked to the big order screens and ordered the “mighty” bucket for one with a 7up and a bottle of water. I waited for 5 minutes and it was bought to my table… I was impressed! The fries were as seasoned as a ww1 vet! Perfection! The chicken was falling off the bone from being cooked so perfectly and the drink was cold and refreshing. I left my bucket clean! When gazing at the wonder which was my meal I thought “I’ll have what I’m having” I would come here again. It was a stunning meal with lovely company and one will not hesitate to recommend! Thank you colonel for yet another delicious meal! It was “finger lickin good!”
