After waiting 20 mins for them to bring my food out. Then driving home only to realise they missed part of my order. This place is useless probably the worst in Pembrokeshire. Might even go as for as saying worst in south

This is the worst place to take a meal...you can be banned just to ask a common sense question like: why you have to wait 45 minutes for the food when ACTUALLY it's a FAST FOOD place. Managers like cris are the worst. Managers are TOTALLY disrespectful to the customers.

One had already had an evening meal. But as soon as I laid my eyes on this McDonald’s I couldn’t resist. I walked through the doors ( a little startled by all the Halloween decorations lol)! I sat down and ordered through my mobile device. One ordered a Big Mac with fries and a coke… I waited 2 minutes at my table until a member of staff delivered my food and apologised for the long wait. That’s right apologised. For two minutes. I was astonished! I couldn’t believe it. A smile came to my face before I tucked into my meal. ( it was a bad day to be a Big Mac lol )! I left feeling nourished and full. Thank you McDonald’s because I was lovin it!!

Ordered on the app, says McDonald's closes at 11, turned up to collect order and staff have told me they shut at 10, £20 taken out my bank now been told I need to chase it up on the app to get a refund!
