The meals arrived wrong and when we called the takeaway they said they would send replacement meals. After waiting over 30 minutes for a replacement (we only live a 5 minute drive away) we called the takeaway again the lady on the phone was extremely rude to my partner. Due to the poor service we will not be ordering again and advise others not to bother either. When the replacement food finally arrived over an hour after we called it was lukewarm. Don't waste your money or time.

My partner ordered food, last night and he had hot wings and he only eaten 3 pieces of chicken. and there was all pink in side the chicken and my pizza was totally disgusting and our food was cold. We won’t be ordering from you Emma again because after my partner did eat the chicken he was being sick so much I’m so surprised that Emma take away ain’t even closed down of how bad they”re bad awful food and also my little sister had a piece of pizza and she started feeling really sick, it is really awful how Emma take away in clydach because my partner and me we both had food poisoning ???? I’m gonna make sure no one eats from u your doesn’t even get cooked and you still get people calling u for a take away. You do have complaints because you even said on my door step that you don’t even though u do so what I suggest is that you either sort it out when your cooking or a lot of people are going to know your Emma take away and they won’t wanna eat from you…… your a disgraceful when people order from you because kids could be having that and I’m so surprised that you are not over checking the food to make sure it ok like your food is disgusting ?

Ordered chicken shish? kebab for home delivery. Food arrived after perhaps 45 minutes. Absolutely awful. Bread swimming in what I assumed was oil. Soaking wet ,looked like a shoe insole. Chicken pale. I phoned to complain and requested a refund. Was informed by the manager that refund could not be given without consent of owner. Asked to speak to owner, told he was not available. So,I packed up the bag and walked approximately half a mile to shop. Spoke to who I assume was owner, refunded no questions asked, didn't even check the contents. Great service from the owner, it's the "chef" needs training on how to cook "daps"

Nice dinner kebab and nice shish kebabs on chips. I find them a bit plain when I come in, not always pleased for your custom but the food is nice and that's why we go.
