We have been loyal customers for over 2 years. After a terrible customer service experience this evening from a very rude lady on the phone we will be taking our custom elsewhere.We order quite regular and will not be again, customer service is key and you have let yourself down.We placed an order at 18.15pm and it's now 19.48 and our food has not arrived. We called to ask where our order was and was told...standard...it's on its way. I stated that an hour and a half without any communication is not right, then to be told what do you want!We would have accepted a phonecall or message to say there would be a delay. You have lost loyal customers this evening

We came in around closing time and despite being an obvious pain the service was still amazing. Staff was friendly and a pleasure to be around. The food is delicious and such a good comfort food i do eat. me and my boyfriend are locals and order here all the time. and are broke college students so i’d recommend 100% to others.

Always top quality food that’s delivered fresh and hot. Pizzas in particular are always great, and they don’t scrimp on the sauce like some places do. Guys there are always friendly and polite as well. Definitely recommend ??

Friday night order which I new there would be a wait, it was well worth it though. Best I've had since I've moved to Port Talbot. Kebab, and Pizzas.
Amazing chefs special kebab & chicken grill shish havnt had a meal from you in a while but won't be leaving it so long next time .

Used to order every week a wrap with chips but the last couple of times the contents has been very wet (no sauce specified) making the wrap dripping wet. Chips also sometimes were undercooked.Chicken always cooked well and taste is great otherwise.

5/5 for taste, but, in my opinion, they need to work on their hygiene, (despite 5* hygiene rating!) After the last kebab I had, (Lamb shish), I was up half the night. Prior to this visit, I had experienced a bit of rumbling, but I couldn’t be sure of the source. I think the chicken is, perhaps, a safer option.

Ordered from here tonight, no garlic sauces for my kebab box or salad and was cold, so i rang them they said they come get food back when he got here i gave im the food he opened it started picking the meet inside the box and said he wasnt taking it back. Had hell of an attitude on him aswell so now is dirty hands have been all over the food he expects us to eat it cold. My dog woulnt even eat it and because i rang them and complained he told me im banned. Wow i wouldnt recommend anyone buying food from here buzzing place ?

Food cold and not what I ordered. Two hours and 15 minutes wait when they said it would be just over an hour. If your too busy, dont take orders you can't deliver.
