i ordered on uber eats. the food was good but they did not give me the mcflurries i had ordered, and when i tried to call them about it they did not respond. i think this is horrible customer service and that they should offer a refund.

Was looking forward to have my breakfast I ordered 27/2/24. Came home to one order missing. Luckily i live near to drive back. Went back to drivethrough and the manager on that served me originally was still there and no apology was made from any of the staff on which is the least you expect from a missing order.

I'm not one for leaving reviews but it's got to the point I've had that many poor orders I feel I have to, from now on I'm going to drive the extra mile and use the other McDonald's near britton ferryAbsolute joke this place always something wrong my order today my big mac was just thrown in there with a loose bun disgusting quality actually fed up of giving this McDonald's the benefit of doubt the workers clearly don't appreciate people spending money keeping them employed and looking at the reviews I'm not the only person who feels this wayI'd just like to add the people who are dealing with the customers on the windows are pleasant and do a good job but the food coming out of this restaurant is a disgrace
