You get what you pay for. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Beefeater handy for breakfast.

Hotel was fine, the pub at the side of it provided me with 2 of the worst meals I have had in a very long time, waited 45 minutes for my starter of Nacho's anyway, which were fine when they eventually arrived, I asked for no lettuce or tomato on my chicken burger but it did come with both on, as you can see from the photos the Chicken was over cooked and like eating an old Boot, the breakfast was awful, beans were cold, bacon was not cooked, the hash brown was saturated in grease as was the egg, so basically I hardly ate a thing over the 2 days there, the lady who was serving just stood behind a counter on her phone for most of the time I was there, and I didn't feel welcome at all, overall not a very nice experienceFood & drinks: As above

Pretty good stop over point with helpful and friendly staff. Meals available in Beefeater on same site. Good parking. Would recommend a meal deal (evening meal and breakfast) which is good value and any extras in the evening can be bought extra. Good night's sleep and very quiet considering M4 is easily accessible.

Went to a Hilton, other than the swanky coffee machine in the room, ultra reliable Premier Inn was better. Consistent high standard here. Never ever let me down. Stay

Staff were nice but did mess up the table booking for food. We booked a table for the evening, but the lady booked it for the week after??After sorting out the booking, we paid £40 for cold food.Rooms: OkFood & drinks: Cold food

Easy to find off the main road, and plenty of parking on site. Team members were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had all we needed. We couldn't hear the restaurant or the main road. There was air conditioning in the room and black out curtains. Really good location for exploring Port Talbot, or visiting Swansea nearby. Well worth heading down to the beach front which is only a short walk away

This was by far the worst couple of nights stay at a hotel me and my family have ever had. The room was so hot, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna, with two fans in the room which did absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue. Trying to sleep in a sauna with two helicopters hovering over you. It was in the first few days of September, only 18oC or so outside maximum. Complained to staff on several occasions, was just told they could do nothing about it.

Everything I could wish for from my stay. Comfy bed, plump towels, high quality room with large flat screen TV, excellent standard of cleanliness throughout, peaceful and uninterrupted sleep, delicious hot breakfast cooked to order, free WIFI, easily accessible from M4 - overall fantastic value for money.

This Premier Inn is very old and tired looking. We arrived extremely late but had phoned ahead to let the hotel know, the staff were lovely and very accommodating, so no complaints there. However, when we got to our room we were greeted with a damp, mildewy smell. There is no air conditioning and the weather was extremely hot, there was a fan but I dont think it had been cleaned once since it had been bought and was thick with dust, so sleeping was difficult. The room was very tired and dirty, dust on the upper walls was terrible, headboard was mucky with stains, everything was just really shabby looking. The bathroom tile grout was full of mould and it was just poorly maintained. It needs a serious facelift! For goodness sake avoid the attached Beefeater for food ? But that's a whole other review! ??

There was a constant whine from the en-suite extractor fan throughout the night. Normally this would disengage after a few minutes of the light being switched off but on this occasion it didn’t. I complained to reception first thing in the morning and the problem was noted and they said they would get it fixed asap. I then attempted to claim a refund under Premier Inns Good Night Guarantee only to be told by the call taker, that because I did not get up and get dressed at the time and make my way to reception to log my complaint, under the T&Cs of P/Inn my claim was invalid!!! I suggested to the call taker that for me, at my age, to do such a thing was simply unreasonable but this made no odds to the call taker. I then asked what difference this might have made and the Call taker suggested that if I had done so P/Inn might have been able to repair the extractor or failing that, offer us another room…. at 3 O’clock in the morning! Thus disturbing both of us (because my wife sleeps like the dead). So, basically, they are saying it’s my fault for not reading the small print in the T&Cs at 3am!

Usual Premier Inn, good staff, helpful and courteous, Clean with a good size double which was VERY comfortable, had a brilliant nites sleep. NO problem recommending staying here, would come again if it suits my destination point.Only one bad point for me, which wasn't really the hotel. Breakfast at harvester, there was NO sugar available seems they ran out.....Hot beverage no sugar ,,,,,ahhhRooms: Family rooms are a good size, very comfortable main bed, nice powerful showerNearby activities: A place called " Margam Country Park, very big beautiful site with vast land all beautifully tendered. Attended a wedding here "The Orangery" beautiful venue, park grounds are open to public not sure you can enter the Orangery without purpose.Food & drinks: Hotel is linked with Harvester for food & drinks, contains a bar. You have a good choice at breakfast, was 9.99 all you can eat full breakfast, food tasted good and they seem to cater for vegans. I enjoyed my vegetarian options but they had no sugar for my tea. Can't advise 're main meals.
