Made an order this evening and it never turned up! Called the restaurant to ask for a refund and they said i needed to do it through foodhub so i have emailed them to see if i can get my redund. Appalling service and will not use again. Will take my custom elsewhere.

A few times ordering and seem a shame that the custome service skills on the delivery driver let's the port talbot one Down. Never delivers to the door, this particular driver we have to meet them outside . Just rude and seems to want to walk away. Ice cream has to be placed in the freezer as its practically melted by the time it gets to us. Waffle and fruit tray fine

When I first started ordering from waffle town the cookie dough was perfect, however lately in the past 2 months I've noticed as with my order yesterday that the cookie dough was very doughy and mushy than it's previous chewy and soft texture. However apart from that the ice cream and other desserts such as waffles and holiday special desserts are delicious.
