Avoid shocking customer service so me and My partner spent nearly £40On our order we ordered a boneless feast bucket which should have come with a bottle of pop when our food was delivered by uber eats we asked the man about the missing bottle of pop he said they didn't give him the pop so we rung kfc the woman seemed not bothered we asked for the missing bottle of pop to be delivered her response was to come and collect it never again will we be ordering there again

One of the worst KFC's I've ever visited. Said "hello" to the intercom at the drive through and was abruptly told "can you just give me a minute". The fillet burger was cold, the kansas bbq bites were swimming in so much sauce they were inedible and no chips on the kids meal so had to give up mine to share between two children. No fork, no serviettes given. Training is really needed in standards and customer service. Also the car park is littered with an unbelievable amount of rubbish. Lots of birds eating the thrown away bbq bites. They probably needed a spoon too!
