Like warm Coffee, assistant said its not ment to be very hot, dirty cutlery wrong food delivered when tables are cleared of food they need to be wiped cafe could do with a deep clean also toilets need a revamp

Visited Porth Morrisons Today but whilst shopping needed to use the Gent's but they where in such an appalling state I decided to wait untill I got home, the first toilet had a broken seat and the door frame was damaged so unable to be locked, the other toilet was blocked and the floor covered with wet tissue,one of the urinals was covered over, marked out of order,as was one of the sinks, obviously they don't have a cleaning or maintenance programme in place. Disgusting.

Do not go to the Cafe today, management deem it great to have a skeleton staff on with at least a 45 minute wait,with food then delivered but with items missing or not cooked at all. Although not the staffs fault. They should try to keep the customers informed of what they don't have,and how long the wait is.. not worth the £18 I spent.
